JUNIOR ROLE IN SALES TEAM

This sales role focuses on selling and leasing a range of Dawood’s products. Thereby achieving the assigned sales target and ensuring high customer satisfaction with sales and leasing process.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from a recognized university/ college.
• Fluency in English and Arabic

Responsibilities

• Obtain leads and maintain a database
• Consult clients on prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
• Display and market properties to potential buyers
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Assist team members with marketing objectives and timelines
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, closing statements etc)
• Develop networks to establish sales targets
• Maintain and develop business with existing customers
